Murphy's Lesser Known Laws

 


1. Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Cold Comform Farm

The schedule for Cold Comfort Farm is:
 
10 July - reading and discussion (Red Room in the Centre)
17 July - auditions (Red Room in the Centre)

24, 25, 26 Oct - set build weekend
30, 31 Oct, 1 Nov - production dates
 
The play has a large cast and a chorus and a few extras, covering a wide range of ages and, with the exception of the leading lady, non of the roles is large or daunting.  However, they all look great fun with plenty of chances to ham it up.  As well as the acting this is a technically challenging play - lots of lighting and sound effects, lots of props, assorted 1930's costume and make up, interesting sets with cows on the stage, etc.  With such a lot going on we will need everyone in the group involved.
