comments for AdHoc bible

read the script very early and have a discussion with the director (spoke to phil end jan for the end of may production) to get ideas of what is or is not important. some of the sounds can be tricky to source. Example the radio DJ in Steel Magnolias, this could be recorded in advance by an actor then overlaid with music or effects or it could be recorded live on stage might require some background us radio which could take a while to find.

also early discussions on music are very helpful so the sound man can explore the right genres better. Example I have a bit of Country and Zydeco in my music collection but I can now concentrate on both genres more until may
